1 Year Free Resizing
We know that getting their size correct can be a difficult task, so we offer a 1 year free resize to avoid any extra worries. We will resize your ring once for free within the first year of your purchase.
Our complimentary service includes a resize up to 2 sizes up or down. Please bear in mind that any item returned for resizing must still be unworn, with the tag on and in pristine condition.
No matter how you like your rings to fit, we’ll make it right, for free. We just don’t pay shipping costs. We do not charge to ship the ring back to you, so that service is always free.
The following rings are not covered by our free re-sizing policy and will incur a charge if re-sized:
1. We charge $59 for any resizing/replacement more than 2 sizes up.
2 . We will charge a 35% resizing fee for the personalized rings with “engravings”.
3. Rings that are beyond the free resizing time frame.
Resizing for the first time is free (within 1 year/within 2 full sizes), each additional resizing will occur a small fee of $20, resizing is limited to up to three times.
There are a few exceptions.
Not all jewelry materials can be resized.
What types of rings Cannot be resized? To be resized, your ring must be made of metal such as silver, gold, or platinum.
Jewelers cannot resize rings made of wood, quartz, cobalt, titanium, zirconium, meteorite, and Damascus steel, or other non-metal material. Hard jewelry metals like titanium and stainless steel are highly durable, therefore resizing them requires special tools. Then there is tungsten, the hardest jewelry, metal, which is virtually impossible to resize.
Don’t worry, for these materials that can’t be resized, we provide you with a 30-day Returns & Exchanges service. You can change to a new suitable size for free.
