The gray silver pieces are real meteorite shavings. Most of the other meteorite rings at this price point will not contain real meteorite. Be careful with the large-scale producers on this website as many have hidden in their description “meteorite texture” and contain no actual meteorites. The shavings are from Campo del Cielo Meteorite. This meteorite was discovered in Northern Argentina and Scientists determined it fell to earth between 4,200–4,700 years ago.
