Delivery Time
For in-stock items,
With the Free Shipping, your order will arrive between 5-10 business days.
With Expedited Shipping, your order will arrive within 2-3 business days at the earliest. （Availaible in the US and Canada at this moment）
Out of Stock Sizes
We restock regularly and maintain an ample inventory for the majority of our styles and sizes. For orders which we have in-stock inventory, we will process and ship out your order within 24 business hours. However, if the style or size you have selected happens to be out of stock, or if you have selected a custom style, please allow up to 15 to 30 days for our craftsmen to craft your band.
Note: If your order’s processing time is longer than 24 hours, we will contact you by email promptly with an accurate estimation of how long the crafting process will require. As you wait for your order to process, you may cancel the order at any point if you no longer wish to wait.
Engraving Service
For engraving orders, please allow 1 -3 extra business days for the engraving process.

Note: For U.S. orders, you must sign for purchases of $300 or more regardless of any signature waiver on file with the carrier. Any order of $300 or over needs an adult signature.
* Express Shipping cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. We could only ship to P.O. boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) address via the Standard Shipping method.
